Returns
If your product is still in its original packaging, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received, with tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
1 - Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
2 - Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@maisonnaturella.com.
- Provide a clear photo of the issue as soon as possible so we can evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
Return Process
1.Contact us at info@maisonnaturella.com to initiate a return. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
2.Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package.
3.Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to confirm eligibility.
Shipping for Returns
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Please use a secure, trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely.
Refunds - After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please note it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
